Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return or refund:
The product must be unused and in its original, unopened packaging (due to hygiene and safety reasons for mouth tape and personal care items).
Include your order number.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Opened or used mouth tape or similar personal care/hygiene products.
Items marked as final sale.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered:
Contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@dailysupplies.com with photos.
We will provide a full refund or replacement, including return shipping if applicable.
Return Process
Email support@dailysupplies.com with your order number and reason.
We will send return instructions and a return authorization if approved.
Ship the item back in original packaging.
After we receive and inspect it (typically 5-10 business days), we process the refund to your original payment method (refunds appear in 5-10 business days depending on your bank).
Refund Details
Refunds go to the original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is your responsibility (unless the return is due to our error, such as damage or wrong item).
