This pack contains 10 small round pain relief patches which are thin and once applied you will hardly notice you are wearing it. The patch is 4cm x 4xm and designed so you can fit them to areas of pain which are smaller or more difficult to cover with the larger patch – like on the hands and feet. This medication free patch can be used on its own or to support other existing therapy regimes.

- EASY TO USE – Our patches are extremely easy to use. Just apply where pain is felt, ensuring that skin is clean, dry and hair-free. Wait for approximately two minutes before moving to ensure it adheres fully to the skin. Remove after 5 days.
